Professor of Political Science at the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés (Bolivia), PhD in Political Communication from the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain). He is an active member of ALACIP and ALICE. He has extensive experience in electoral campaigns in Latin America, especially in Bolivia, where he worked as a consultant in several campaigns.
